The wildlife in the National Park is outstanding. It is a stronghold for many rare and endangered species. Take a walk on one of the trails, or up into the mountains, and see what a variety of wildlife you can see.

At the Highland Wildlife Park, discover Scottish wildlife and endangered animals of the world's mountains and tundra in a spectacular setting. Drive around the Main Reserve in your own car and then investigate the walk-round area on foot. The Wildlife Park has a wide and diverse range of animals. From native species such as the Capercaillie and Scottish Wildcat to those from further afield such as the Amur Tiger and Polar Bear.
Try your hand at fishing in the area. There are bountiful lochs and beautiful places to fish.

Keep your eye peeled for fantastic birdlife, including Peregrine Falcon, the Osprey, and you may even spot a Golden Eagle. A red squirrel may come to see what you are watching, so keep your eyes peeled for those too.
